How do Mechanical Extraction Ventilation Systems work?

An MEV ventilation system consists of a centralised ventilation unit that extracts unwanted waste and polluted or moist air from rooms with high levels of water vapour emissions. Thanks to its size and modularity, it can be installed discreetly in a location such as a cupboard or the corner of a ceiling.

It works in tandem with background ventilators scattered throughout the living area to draw in the fresh air whilst it removes unwanted waste.
